Are you a bottleneck? A good question worth pondering about. This title from Seth's post appealed to me. Sort of demonstrates what happens in large government institutions. People who have the responsibility of moving files for approval have come to be a tighter bottle neck in the system creating a clog in the system and slowing down the free flow of the entire work process. These bottle necks creates job dependencies that frustrates your ability to push things fast at a pace it should go.
