Hush-hush! Members Only

This is really eye opening, you know what? it's insane to think that about 9 years ago if you didn't have a Black Berry phone you haven't arrived yet. Let's back up a little before that 9 years, Nokia was a phone brand to recon with and for us in Nigeria we sort of had an affinity for the phone, maybe due to the phones ability to retain charge for a long time with heavy usage and it's ruggedity, oh! let's backup a little more, anyone remembers the Motorola and the Sony Ericssons? Fast forward to today in the last 15 years, 52% of the Fortune 500 companies have gone extinct. The stakes are much higher this time. In the old world, failing to deliver on what customer wanted led to failed project, but in the new world continuously failing to deliver what customers want leads to a total business model failure. This is because customers today have a lot more choices than they did before. If they don't get what they want from your product or service, they simply switch to something else.
