MAKE AN OUTSTANDING 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD IMPRESSION

So 3 of  my masters classmate and I had headed out for lunch after a hectic defense and not seeing each other for about a year. While trying to catch up during lunch on the past year, we had tried to remember a couple of our mate we had not seen for the past year and during the defense. I struggled hard to remember a couple of my mates I had sat in class with for 2 year. Then it hit me, always "make a good first impression" MAKE AN UNFORGETTABLE OUTSTANDING 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD IMPRESSION. We literally live in a world of alternatives and probably drowning in it, and there is just so much space in our brain to retain and always remember every face, product and service You can make an outstanding impression with your crappy and shitty product or service delivery and it will be forever enshrined in the minds of your now lost customers, or you can make a positive outstanding 1st and many more impressions that your customers would love you for and would never forget.
